Your Health is our top priority, and we have put special measures
in place top keep all our guests safe during our tours and activities.

Equipment cleanliness – All transport used for our tours will be sanitized after each tour. Disinfectant solution will be available on the buses for public use.
Guest guidelines – All guests will be required to wear face covering during our tours and activities for the time being.
Guests will be advised to stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour.
Staff Health – All staff are required to wear face masks and will be provided with non medical grade covering. Staff will also be wearing gloves when possible. Staff are also required to wash their hands as often as possible while offering a tour.
Capacity limitations – Due to the capacity limitations we can only offer private tours (max of 4 people) at the moment starting from Aug 12th. (This may change with Health Service Guidelines)
Payment and gratuity procedures – All payments are made online or by Credit Card, If you wish to leave a Gratuity then you can do this by paying your guide by Credit Card transfer.
Cancellation and refund policies – Our regular policies are still in place (Under each tour) but we are also flexible about our cancellations under the present conditions. If you are feeling unwell at all in any way then please do contact us and we can arrange another day or tour for you.
